Occohannock on the Bay Camp and Retreat Center is an amazing place to work. If you love children and youth and want to share your faith in God with others-this camp is the place for you! Is there a better way to spend the summer than in an beautiful outdoor environment, making a difference in others lives? We provide all the training and resources for you to have a successful summer plus a paycheck, room and board. Summer staff training starts Monday June 5, 2024 and camp runs through the 1st week of August. 

We have two program offerings, a Day Camp for children 4-9 years old where job candidates can work as young as 16 years of age.  Our second program is for overnight campers.  These candidates must be at least 18 years of age and older.
