DESCRIPTION:This program is the next level of adventure for those that are ready to dive right into a weeklong\, non-stop\, and exciting camp experience. This is where campers will begin to develop leadership skills\, responsibilities for their actions\, become a team player\, and to care for the safety and wellbeing of the unit. DESCRIPTION:Camp Occohannock has partnered with Kerkaken Acres for Horse. Each camper will leave from Camp Occohannock for this trip and travel camp to Bloxom\, VA and learn not just about riding horses\, but also how to provide care for them from experienced horse owners. It’s an entire experience you won’t want to miss and great for beginners and intermediate riders who are interested in horses and animal care.
