in 2004 and 2005. The children’s playground was planned,
funded and built by Matthew Tyson, Troop 313 as part of
his fulfillment of Eagle Scout. The archery range was planned,
funded and built by Michael Evans, Troop 313 as part of
his fulfillment of Eagle Scout.
In
early 2007 Will Deuter, Troop 300, planned, funded and
built a "Whale Watch' for our low-ropes course, as
part of his fulfillment of Eagle Scout. Will Tyson, Troop
313, planned, funded and built a 30 ft. rock climbing wall
as part of his fullfilment of Eagle Scout.
Campers
The
summer camper will be lodged in one of 10 cabins conveniently
located with three bath houses and near all other camp facilities.
Meals are eaten in the dining hall where Miss Emily prepares
home style meals. Much of the day is spent at the dock or
beach where campers swim, fish or sail. Campers will also
enjoy other activities in the natural setting of the camp.
