Executive
Committee
Oversees all activities making sure that each is relevant and
appropriate to the mission of OOTB. Sets and reviews fiscal policy
and operational policies, sets personnel policy and reviews personnel
issues. Evaluates procedures and progress of the organization.
Reviews organizational structure. Approves appointments to all
committees. Members of the Executive Committee are elected by
the General Board.
