Elementary Camp: Ages 9-12

This week is filled with 5 nights and 5 days of adventure. Program activities are by co-ed units of 12-14 campers and 2-4 counselors. Each unit plans their daily schedule with activities including canoeing, kayaking, sailing, swimming, crafts, fishing, group games, skit night, archery, challenge course, campfire worship. Plus several NEW activities at OOTB. On Wednesday campers experience an overnight cook-out and camp-out in tents. What a great week of camp! Includes T-shirt.

Sports Camp (Elementary 1) 6/22-27
A new addtion to OOTB. Softball, soccer, sic golf, volleyball, ulitmate frezby, archery and more. Camp Occohannock Style. 5 days infused with learning the basics, improving skills, sportsmanship, and sports rules and regs. All while enjoying traditional camp activities such as canoeing/kayaking, swimming, crafts, fishing, devos, campfire worship, skits, songs, and on-site overnight cook-out and camp-out. What an awesome week of camp! Includes T-shirt.

Soccer Camp (Elementary 2) 6/29-7/4
Soccer camp is recreational for intermediate skill development and campers should bring their own cleats, ball and shin guards. Each day campers will hone their soccer skills, lead by local regional pros, plus swimming, canoeing, kayaking, archery, hiking, biking, devos, crafts, games, skits, and campfires. At the end of the week, Soccer Camp will challenge the other camp units to a game of soccer. Includes T-shirt.

Bay Ecology Camp (Elementary 4) 7/13-18

Sally Richardson and Nancy Biegle, both local school teachers, along with OOTB's awesome counselors, will lead campers through a week of marsh mucking, field trips and getting wet in the bay discovering life above and below the water line. Canoeing, kayaking, night fishing, devos, skits, songs, camp-out, challenge courses, and more. Come ready to stay wet, get muddy, meet new friends, and learn more about God's creation. Includes T-shirt.

Visual Arts Camp (Elementary 7) 8/3-8
Joy Close, a senior arts major at Radford University will introduce campers to sculpture, drawing, painting, pottery, photography, and more. Traditional camp activities to include canoeing/kayaking, challenge course, skits, devos, songs, on-site camp-out, campfire worship, swimming, fishing, biking, archery, disc golf, and more. What a wonderful opportunity to express yourself in the beauty of God's creation. Includes T-shirt.
